At Black Lion Gems, we take pride in providing our customers with authentic, high-quality gemstones. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Exchanges
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all certificates and packaging included.
  • Custom-cut, personalized, or specially sourced gemstones are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong gemstone, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the gemstone securely with all documentation.
  4. Ship using a trackable and insured service to ensure safe return.

Important Notes
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior approval.
  • For wholesale or long-term partnership orders, refund and return terms may vary under separate agreements.
